Hot pot restaurant in Sinchon serving one vegan version with a side dish and some dumplings 🥟

The restaurant is hidden in a side alley, but very central located if you’re in EWHA/sinchon area.

The owner doesn’t speak English, but understands well when you tell him vegan 🌱 비건

There are lots of tables so no need to worry to not find a spot. You will get free water and one side dish. There’s wifi as well. The side dish was some cabbage in sesame sauce and delicious 🤤

The hot pot is made out of mushrooms and noodles and it will get placed in front of you. He will let you know to let it boil for 8 minutes. Look under the table for cutlery 😂 he even came with more broth since the noodles sticked to the bottom of the pan. The price is fair for the amount you get and the taste is good. To be honest it’s not the best and could be way more flavorful, but it leaves you full and satisfied. There is another place I prefer and definitely would take the train to go there instead. But if you happen to be in the area this one is nice. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t go again because it’s lacking flavor and only consists of mushrooms and noodles. 🍜
