By tofu was an amazing experience! I can not recommend it enough. Since it was nice and sunny outside I could sit on the beautiful patio outside (Namsan tower views included). There are some blankets in case you get cold.
I got the sunrise bowl 12k and it was one of the best dishes I had so far. Delightful fresh salad with quino and Kimut and some red onions, beans and corn! It comes with baked Tofu in a sweet & sour sauce as well with broccoli and some vegan mayo. I love the fact that the dressing is on the side! It was delicious by the way very flavorful and not oily at all. A very refreshing lime - dressing! I love that they don’t serve rice but a healthier version with quinoa!
The second time I tried their famous VCLT Wrap with Nacho Chips, lettuce, cucumbers 🥒, jalapeños tomatoes 🍅 tofu & tempeh with a delicious Chili.onion Mayo (homemade).
Also it’s only small and more veg which I appreciate a lot.
Very friendly service. They offer fresh water and have a fridge with some salads or drinks for take out. I can’t wait to try their wraps and then Banh! The wraps look so great with lots of veggies and lettuce!

Ein tolles rein veganes Café in Yongsan, Nahe Itaewon, dass jetzt eine größere Location seit diesem Sommer hat. Ich habe hier bislang folgendes gegessen:

Die Sunrise Bowl ist sehr gesund und lecker mit vielen hochwertigen Zutaten und Mayo und einem Limettendressing, das ideal aufeinander abgestimmt ist.
Die Bowl kostet 12000 und ist im Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ein Traum.
Brokkoli, Quinoa-Mix, Viel Salat und getoppt mit Tofu in einer Sweet & Sour Soße. Die Bowl könnte ich täglich essen und es ist nicht wie so oft 80% Reis sondern nur maximal ein Drittel Quinoa! I love it 💗
Der VCLT Wrap ist wahnsinnig toll. Der wrap selbst ist noch warm und die Füllung ist sehr viel. Insgesamt ein top Gericht. Die crunchy Nachos sind auch ein klasse Kontrast zu den TomatenScheiben und dem Tofu und Tempeh.
Ich bekomme noch ein french Toast mit Kürbis aufs Haus 🏡 richtig lieb. Die Besitzerin meinte nämlich ich soll beim nächsten mal sagen, wenn ich vorbei komme. Sie spricht auch perfekt englisch. Vor Ort ist noch ein kleiner Shop, wo es meine coconut bowls 🥣 🥥 gibt und auch eine Soße, die ich mir bestimmt kaufen werde. Ich liebe Soßen 😎😋
